Supplier Relations Approach
  • Needs Identification: Identify product needs based on demand planning process

 

  • Product Identification: Contact suppliers with the required products to respond to needs

 

  • Order Requests: Place order requests based on the identified products through agreed procurement channels

 

  • Logistics & Transportation: Shipping of the products from producer location through our partner shippers

 

  • Temporary Storage & Warehousing: Temporary storage of all our products upon arrival to Kenya through partner warehouses

 

  • Distribution Logistics: Transportation of the products to designated locations

 

  • Ongoing Expansion: Continuously explore new markets to ensure products meet customer needs.
